fa مقایسه اجرای الزامات سیستم مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط ‌زیست با تأکید بر مدیریت پرداخت در شرکت های پیمانکاری عمومى General پژوهشي Research <br> <strong>مقدمه</strong>: پیمانکاران به دنبال افزایش درآمد و سود خود از پروژه‌ها می‌باشند لذا به دنبال بیشترین صرفه‌جویی می‌باشند که عمدتاً این صرفه‌جویی&shy;ها در بخش <span dir="LTR">HSE</span> صورت می‌گیرد.از اینرو دراین پژوهش به مقایسه اجرای الزامات سیستم مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط ‌زیست با تأکید بر مدیریت پرداخت در شرکت&shy;های پیمانکاری (مطالعه موردی شرکت گاز و آب و فاضلاب استان خراسان جنوبی) پرداخته شده است.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مقطعی بوده که از طریق جدول کرجسی و مورگان بدین منظور تعداد 200 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند (159 نفر از شرکت‌های پیمانکاری زیرمجموعه شرکت گاز و 41 نفر از دو شرکت پیمانکاری زیرمجموعه شرکت آب و فاضلاب). ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات شامل دو پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. پرسشنامه اول شامل 10 سؤال که به مقایسه الزامات <span dir="LTR">HSE</span> و پرسشنامه دوم دربرگیرنده 28 سؤال جهت مقایسه شاخص‌های بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط ‌زیست این دو سازمان بود. در این مطالعه با استفاده ازنرم افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 21 جهت مقایسه بین دو گروه از ازمون <span dir="LTR">t-test</span> استفاده شد و سطح معنی داری نیز 0.05 بود.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: نتایج نشان داد که پرسشنامه از نظر روایی (تحلیل محتوای کیفی) و پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ (879/0) مورد تائید است. براساس نتایج به‌دست‌آمده مشخص شد که اجرای الزامات سیستم مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی در شرکت&shy;های پیمانکاری سازمان گاز نسبت به سازمان آب و فاضلاب استان خراسان جنوبی وضعیت بهتری دارد و علت این وضعیت مناسب، تأکید بر مدیریت پرداخت در سازمان گاز می‌باشد (001/0><span dir="LTR">P</span>). <span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: براساس نتایج به دست آمده از تجزیه و تحلیل&shy;های انجام شده در این پژوهش مشخص شد که اجرای الزامات سیستم مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیطزیست در شرکتهای پیمانکاری سازمان گاز نسبت به سازمان آب و فاضلاب استان خراسان جنوبی وضعیت بهتری داشته که عوامل مختلفی دخیل بوده که یکی از مهمترین این عوامل وضعیت مناسب، تأکید بر مدیریت پرداخت در سازمان گاز می&shy;باشد. به همین علت پیشنهاد می&shy;گردد، بازرسی&shy;های ایمنی دوره&shy;ای از نیروی انسانی، تجهیزات و محوطه&shy;های عملیاتی انبارها به منظور &nbsp;شناسایی نقاط خطر و انجام اقدامات اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه با هدف ارتقاء کیفی شاخص&shy;های ایمنی، بهینه&shy;سازی و ایجاد شرایط مطلوب محیط کار، پیشگیری از وقوع حوادث احتمالی و کاهش هزینه&shy;ها انجام شود. <strong>Background:</strong> In this study, the implementation of the requirements of health, safety and environment management system with emphasis on payment management in contracting companies has been compared. <strong>Methods:</strong> The current research is a cross-sectional study in which 200 persons were randomly chosen from a Krejcie and Morgan table as a sample (159 contractors of the gas company and 41 of the two contractors of the water and wastewater company). Two questions created by the researcher were included in the data gathering instrument. The first questionnaire included ten questions comparing HSE standards, while the second questionnaire had 28 questions comparing the two organizations&#39; health, safety, and environmental indicators. Descriptive statistics and t-test were used to analyze the data. <strong>Results:</strong> The questionnaire&#39;s validity (qualitative content analysis) and reliability (Cronbach&#39;s alpha) were both validated as a consequence of the findings (0.879). Based on the findings, it was discovered that the Gas Organization&#39;s contracting companies implement the requirements of the health management system and safety better than the Water and Sewerage Organization of South Khorasan Province, and that the reason for this appropriate situation is the Gas Organization&#39;s emphasis on payment management (P<0.001). <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results showed that the implementation of health, safety, and environmental management system requirements in the contracting companies of the Gas Organization is better than the Water and Sewerage Organization of South Khorasan Province.
